Rachel Harman Dower

After obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Fashion Merchandising from West Virginia University, her passion for design and beauty lead her pursue a different outlet for her talents. She graduated from the Morgantown Beauty School and received her cosmetology license in 2007.
Rachel prides herself on her ability to listen to a clients need and offer an honest, informed opinion during every consultation. She believes that delivering a clients requests is just as important as maintaining healthy, radiant looking hair. Never compromising the small details, Rachel aims to make sure every one of her clients feel refreshed and looking their very best!
Rachel specializes in cutting, hair coloring, smoothing treatments, extensions, formal styling, and airbrush makeup. She is a certified Keratin Complex Smoothing Artist and a certified Brazilian Blowout Stylist. She is familiar with various color and product lines including Schwarzkopf Professional, Pravana, Wella, AlfaParf Milano, and Keratin Color Therapy.
Jessica Walker Kwiatkowski

Jessica, a Morgantown native and graduate of WVU, completed her training February of 2007 from the Aveda Institute of New York. Jessica then apprenticed at the Eva Scrivo Salon, in New York City, to further refine her craft. Her experience in New York instilled a desire to continue educating herself so that she can always provide her clients with the most up to date techniques and trends.
Jessica prides herself on her ability to listen to her clients and tailor a custom style to suit their needs. She believes that a thorough consultation and open communication between a client and stylist is essential to achieving the perfect look during every visit. Her passion for the beauty industry drives her pursuit for continuing education and discovering the latest trends.

Makayla Moore

Makayla Moore is a talented and bright cosmetologist. We're happy to have a young, spirited and passionate stylist as a part of our team. Originally from Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, Makayla studied cosmetology at the Laurel Business Institute in Morgantown and graduated in 2014.
Makayla is well-known for her personable, sweet nature around the salon. Her own clients appreciate her patience and consideration, knowing all too well that the process of choosing a new hair style can be daunting. She is constantly exploring social media, fashion blogs, and beauty publications in order to stay current with the latest trends.
Makayla is proficient in a number of styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. She is a certified Keratin Complex smoothing technician, in addition to being a certified Brazilian Blowout stylist. She's studied and is professional trained with color lines such as Pravana and Schwarzkopf Professional.
Audrie Prudnick
Cosmetologist
Audrie, a Morgantown native, graduated from Laurel Business Institute Cosmetology program in November of 2020. She has been a vital member of the Cooper James team since November 2021. Audrie has been interested in hair and makeup since childhood. She loves using her artistic abilities to create fantasy hair colors and makeup looks. Zach Henigin
Cosmetologist
Zach graduated from Morgantown Beauty College in 2011 and after nearly a decade behind the chair he has never lost his passion for the beauty industry. Prior to joining the team at Cooper James Salon, Zach worked in two successful Morgantown salons as well as a prominent salon on the eastern shore of Maryland.
Zach believes in the power of trust between a stylist and client. He focuses on creating a personal connection with every customer in order to learn about their lifestyle, personality, tastes and uses what he learns to create the perfect color or haircut.
Zach’s love of all things color has driven him to pursue continuing education that focuses on highlighting techniques, corrective colors, fashion shades and more. His second passion is in his finishing work. Combined with his attention to detail this means that every client leaves his chair with the perfect blowout or style.
